Promote healing through shared stories and experiences.
Delve into literature that highlights resilience, recovery, and empowerment.
Book Selection
Every month, we will select a book that explores different aspects of healing from abuse. Suggestions are encouraged! Here's what's on the lineup:
July: I'm Telling the Truth, but I'm Lying: Essays by Bassey Ikpi
August: I'm Glad My Mom Died by Jennette McCurdy
September: What My Bones Know: A Memoir of Healing from Complex Trauma by Stephanie Foo
October: Hidden Valley Road: Inside the Mind of an American Family by Robert Kolker
