Nightmare Interruption Workshop

If you struggle with sleeping because of trauma related nightmares, your PTSD Service Dog can learn how to wake you up from them. In this workshop, Lydia brings a dog who has never had this training before, and uses a nightmare example from the internet to begin training the dog. You’re invited to bring your own dog to this session, and follow with Lydia in real time to get your dog
