Beyond the Backyard - A Dog Training Workshop for Public Spaces

Join us at Grounded Plant Co. in Indianapolis for a two-hour, hands-on workshop designed to help you and your dog feel more confident navigating the world together.

We’ll start with a 30-minute mini-lecture covering the foundations of good public behavior, followed by an hour of guided practice—including time working with your dog inside the store! We’ll wrap up with 30 minutes of Q&A so you can get answers to your specific training questions.

Bring your dog and come ready to learn! Whether you’re working toward calm outings at your favorite local businesses or simply want a better-behaved companion on your adventures, this workshop will give you practical skills you can start using right away.

100% of ticket proceeds will go to Survivor’s Companion, a nonprofit providing free PTSD service dogs to survivors of abuse. Your participation helps fund the training of more service dogs for survivors who need them.
